If you’re coming to NYC for Christmas/The Holidays, this is a good guide for things to do for 2016.

Here’s the list:

1. Godiva for hot chocolate or coffee cause “baby, it’s cold outside.”

2. Rockefeller Center (but avoid Top of the Rock — too cold, too busy) for ice skating and tree selfies.

3. The Nintendo Store. Good gifts, but also a nice hideout from the cold

4. Saks Fifth Avenue — windows and light show

5. Bryant Park’s #WinterVillage – Check out the shops, more ice skating, Facebook has an installation, and it’s less busy than 30 Rock.

6. Macy’s! Go write Santa a letter and play on the big piano!

I’ve lived in New York for nearly 5 years, and I still get super excited about Christmas here vs. basically anywhere else on the planet. So many of my memories are of watching movies about the city, and now that I’m here I’d love to show you all the best places to go and things to do in Manhattan during this holly jolly time.
